The contractor shall provide the following UC network architecture support tasks: - Operate and maintain the unified communication’s enterprise voice and video architecture. - Ensure the highest level of operations support is maintained. - Conduct Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITILv3) Change, Incident, Service Request, Problem, Configuration, and Asset Management per MCNOSC SOPs in order to provide technical end user and core service support. Change Incident and Service Request Management constitutes primary effort and requires the ability to establish and maintain constructive, positive relationships with representatives of Marine Corps Post, Bases and Stations; Defense Information’s Systems Agency, MCNOSC Personnel and other contracted staff supporting Marine Corps Network Operations. - Conduct and document monthly UC Network Architecture Reviews of configurations and settings in order to identify security vulnerabilities, security incidents and conduct appropriate actions to report identified issues and recommend corrective action to the UC Government TPOC. - Perform functions and actions required to maintain and support current and future network operations (such as Network Diagramming, Network Documenting, Service Reporting, Onsite Surveys, Onsite Network Installations, Network Traffic Analysis, and tasks related to the optimization, planning, and network service level support). - Perform network diagramming and documentation to support MCEN accreditation, auditing and operations per DoD 8510.01 and MCNOSC SOPs. - Review and identify network traffic statistics, equipment, and configurations to provide utilization, capacity, optimization and security reports. - Provide personnel and travel for onsite site survey’s in order to identify requirements to facilitate the installation or decommission of equipment and systems. - Conduct installation and initial connection of equipment and systems locally and remotely. - Support the service delivery and support operations to the MCEN. - Migrate users from the legacy networks. - Maintain systems on-site in accordance with the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) recommended engineering and maintenance practices. All parts, spares, supplies, test equipment, tools, - nd any other items necessary for system maintenance for the life of the contract must be provided by the Government. - Perform preventive maintenance, during non-core hours on the system including scheduled preventive maintenance such as periodic tests, inspections, and all other preventive maintenance services/practices recommended by the OEM and as specified in MCNOSC SOPs. - Perform remedial maintenance after notification that equipment is inoperative and or malfunctioning. Maintenance on any piece of equipment covered by this contract must be in accordance with the Service Levels. IAT-2/Security +, Foundations, CCNA or CCNP
