Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for taking Helpdesk phone calls from internal and external customers supporting both LabCorp’s eProducts and Enterprise software applications. Candidate should possess excellent communication, problem solving and organization skills. Experience with PC Anywhere, LogMeIn, Webex, FrontRange(Heat) and MS Outlook preferred but not required. Candidate should be fluent in the following MS operating systems, Windows XP,Vista, 7 & 8.
