The purpose of the position is to provide system and implementation support for and to deliver training to current and new NextGen practices. Lead small NextGen implementation projects.
Skills & Abilities:
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Capable of relating to diverse age and demographic backgrounds. Possess knowledge of microcomputer software packages. Demonstrate an ability with methods of analyzing, programming, designing, testing and implementing computer-based systems. Demonstrate an independent work initiative, attention to detail, sound judgment, diplomacy and a professional demeanor.
Training & Education:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent.
NextGen certified professional within 6 months of hire.
Previous related experience.
Minimum three years experience supporting computer based systems, including training.
