NOC Support Technician
    As the Network Operation’s Center Support Technician, you

    will provide senior-level support in creating and maintaining the procedural documentation.

    You will provide support by phone, email and face to face for the trouble

    ticket assignments for in voice and data networks, mobile provider services, hardware

    equipment and software areas. You will keep the manager informed of all priority

    calls and feedback pertinent to maintaining the high level of customer and user

    satisfaction. You will travel as needed and must be able to work off hour and

    participate in an on-call rotation as required.

    Ideal Candidate Will

    Bachelor’s degree in Management Information
    systems, Engineering. or Computer Science or equivalent experience required
    6+ years’ experience in support-focused
    environment with emphasis on network voice operations
    2+ years’ experience providing Operations Center
    Thorough understanding of voice services and
    support (Siemens IP based systems, voicemails, etc.)
    Experience with Siemens ProCenter and Avaya
    Enterprise Systems is a plus
    Knowledge of carrier based services (DS3, T1,
    E1, ISDN, POTS, MPLS, and VPN) and direct experience troubleshooting circuits
