The Nurse Manager is responsibe for assisting the Assistant Vice President, Patient Care Services in ensuring the optimal delivery of care and service to patients and families in their designated areas and specialty.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Current NJ RN license
Progressive Perioperative Management experience with a minimum of five (5) years experience in Perioperative services
Minimum three (3) years Operating Room clinical experience with previous exposure to all applicable surgical specialties
Current BLS Health Care Provider Certification
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and communicative skills
Demonstrate excellent Leadership and Managment skills
