Assures recruitment and retention plans are in concert with organizational goals, objectives, and resource demands. Plans, implements, and evaluates recruitment, retention, and employment activities for defined Susquehanna Health areas in conjunction with Employment Services.

Possesses the ability to communicate clearly and effectively utilizing professional language and grammar in written and verbal format. Possesses sufficient understanding of education process for professional staff and specific department environments to elicit credibility with all levels of management, staff, and local academic faculty. Demonstrates skills and abilities related to facilitating outcomes assigned to team projects. Education: Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing. BS in Nursing or Master degree in other related field required.
Experience: Five or more years of progressive nursing experience including clinical and preferably leadership experience.
License/Certification/Registration: Licensed as a professional registered nurse in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania .

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Minimal exposure to infectious or hazardous substances is possible. Requires physical and emotional stamina in stressful situations. Requires ability to work hours necessary to complete the requirements of the job, including some evening and weekend hours. Requires extended periods of walking, standing, and ability to lift 20 pounds of recruitment materials.
