High School Diploma Preferred
The Nutrition Clerk performs a variety of food service tasks and other related duties in support of the food and nutrition services operation. Under the direction of Clinical Nutrition Manager of the Nutrition Services Department, performs these tasks related to patient meal services; ensures menu distribution and pick up; maintains an accurate and up to date MCR file and nourishment file; applies basic diet principles in order to correct menus with accuracy; communicates effectively with nursing staff, patients, families and other departments.
Eduation, experience, and skills required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
