The Role

TRM is looking for a highly experienced, results-oriented online sales professional with 5+ years of ad sales experience and 4-6 years of digital sales experience. Knowledge of the CPG and CE business is an advantage.

The position is based in our NYC office and requires a consultative and customer-oriented

selling approach, with extensive knowledge and experience working with digital

ad agencies. Strong agency relationships required.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy and tactics needed to drive new business and increase existing revenue with major accounts. You'll manage business relationships at both agency and Headquarters to ensure that your clients' needs and requirements are met. You will be supported by a team of professionals and will work collaboratively to identify customer needs and deliver solutions for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a team to drive revenue growth with new and existing customers in the rapidly growing retail site Walmart.com
  • Develop high-level relationships using consultative selling with major customers to optimize their advertising expenditures. Develop a business plans for the territory and define your selling strategies and tactics.
  • Manage a support team with efficiency.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred. Ideal candidate has 5+ years of media sales experience with 4-6 years of digital experience in advertising sales.
  • High attention to detail with an energetic and can-do attitude.
  • Experience and knowledge of the CPG, retail and CE industries is a big plus.
  • Strong knowledge of and established relationships with ad agencies.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Some travel required.
