The National Accounts Manager is responsible for the management of current and future customer base which include exceeding sales quotas, profit, and prospect goals set forth by Calico Industries. This position’s primary target markets will include chain businesses; Restaurant, Management and Hospitality chain organizations.

Drive sales growth and gross profit in chain prospects and accounts Identify and develop prospective customers Estimate or Quote prices for products and services Negotiate details of contracts, payments, and prepare professional presentations Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ product, prices, sales and sales cycles Consult with customers before and after sales to provide ongoing support Coordinate with various departments to ensure exceptional customer service Monitor open orders for key accounts Preform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets, reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Bachelor’s Degree; at least 5-8 years of relative sales experience required (Food Service and/or Janitorial Equipment and Supplies preferred); or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have outside sales experience Proven track record of strong sales and negotiation, cold calling, and lead generation Must have own vehicle and Class C Driver's License Must be proficient in the use of database and word processing software The ability to be detail oriented and organized Excellent oral and written communication skills Must be able to provide world-class customer service to external and internal customers
