The National Benefit Advisor will drive new IFP (Individual & Family plans) and Medicare Sales through consultative selling on plan options in prospect areas. Position will receive inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options in all 50 states and make outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns. The National Benefit Advisor will recommend plans and enroll prospects based on the customer's needs. Position will quote, present, and close sales, follow up on "book of business" on a consistent basis by making outbound follow up calls to prospects and provide a positive customer experience with excellent customer satisfaction. Position will be responsible for meeting sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and update customer file in CRM with summary of interaction.
Position requires 2+ years sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
2+ years selling in the insurance industry, individual health insurance or Medicare Plans/Supplemental Plans.
Excellent listening and communication skills. Excellent computer and navigation skills. Excellent work ethic and adherence to work schedule. Self-starter who is highly motivated.
LIFE & HEALTH LICENSE REQUIRED.
Multi-state licensing preferred.
