GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Responsible for the overall success of all major implementations of InDemand interpreting equipment and services. Will act as the primary contact for customers and internal staff during the first 90 days of a customer ’s contract.

LOCATION AND TRAVEL
Will work from one of three corporate offices (Tukwila WA, Lombard IL, or Wenatchee WA). Some travel is required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will initially spend a majority of time developing the following:
  • Define the InDemand Interpreting onboarding and implementation methodology for new customers as well as those customers who have purchased additional services
  • Develop tools and define processes to support this methodology
  • Create and manage detailed project plans and update information in these plans
  • Define requirements, user stories, and input to product management, sales, and marketing to improve the customer onboarding experience
It is anticipated that once the above duties and responsibilities are complete they will need continual monitoring with occasional updates. The Implementation Specialist ’s Duties and Responsibility will then also include the following:
  • Coordinate and lead implementation activities between customers, IDI Sales, and IDI Customer Support Operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation
  • Ensure customer happiness throughout the implementation process
  • Track and communicate progress of implementations to IDI and customer teams
  • Schedule and coordinate implementation events including equipment orders, equipment delivery, and training
  • Track and resolve issues
  • Train staff onsite and remotely
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to learn new technical skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare workflow and terminology
  • Interpreting profession experience preferred
  • Experience and knowledge with InDemand Interpreting products, equipment, and services preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
  • Walks through fire for a customer
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office tools: Powerpoint, Word, Excel
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer/windows skills
  • Wireless technologies including settings, security, and other issues preferred
