Provide support to the sales efforts of our Chicago based sales team while reporting directly to the National Sales Director. Manage all aspects of the sales support cycle including managing of calendars, organization of presentations, budget reports, production analysis, expense reports, entering data and projects. Works independently with little supervision, creative, and utilize client services skills in a very fast paced sales environment.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 1 year related experience

Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment

Proven product knowledge of Walt Disney World Resorts and Theme Parks, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line

Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects/task efficiently

Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime & holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum two years Disney experience

Ability to work as a part of a dynamic team

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Required Education

High school diploma
