Business.com is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting individual to develop business through inside sales for its suite of nationwide products including Pay-Per-Click, Pay-Per-Lead, Pay- Per-Download, Display and Audience Extension. As a National Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to form consultative business relationships with key decision makers in an extremely competitive industry, all while maintaining the focus on growing your book of business. This position offers an excellent starting base salary, uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed all revenue goals
  • Identify and establish relationships with Sr. Executives at large nationwide companies within assigned verticals
  • Responsible for executing on all phases of the sales cycle such as lead generation, cold calling, online product demonstrations, proposal generation, campaign implementation and account management
  • Qualify and prioritize opportunities through customer needs analysis
  • Enter and track prospects and associated notes within Salesforce.com
  • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales HIGHLY preferred
  • Knowledge and/or experience with internet advertising preferred
  • Must demonstrate a high level of sales skills including the ability to close new business, persuade others and handle objections
  • High need for achievement and competition. Loves to compete and win
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory. Unfazed by rejection
  • Coachable. Listens to and implements advice from manager
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional phone skills. Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with customers
  • Listens patiently. Will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer's needs
  • Resourceful. Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
  • Track record of taking initiative, consistently hitting quotas & driving new business
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
