National Account Executive
This position can be based remote in the U.S.
Fiserv is currently seeking a National Sales Executive for their Lending Division. This position can be based remote in the U.S.
Establishes and develops sales to expected levels through the education, development, and proactive acquisition and management of clients and prospective clients.
Identify, qualify and secure new clients.
Work with existing Sales team to ensure lending solutions are continually offered and sold to clients.
Generate revenue and profit margin with existing and new clients.
Facilitate positive long-term relationships with key clients and secure repeat business with customers.
May be assigned to a specific geographic area or product line.
Performs other duties as required.
Education: High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Job Related Experience:
A minimum of 5 years experience with marketing and sales within Financial Services/Banking industry required. Strong emphasis on mortgage originations and servicing.
Experience selling software and systems.
A minimum of 5 years experience selling services required Experience using a Sales Force Automation System (SFA) preferred
Must be able to make decisions and resolve problems using experience and professional judgment, and provide advice or analysis regarding the use of funds, equipment, and people.
Must be experienced in managing long sales cycles.
Experience managing senior level relationships within an organization
Solid financial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex contracts
Existing contacts in the financial service/mortgage banking space is a plus
Functional Area Skills/Knowledge:
Has overall understanding of the work environment and process with a working knowledge of the organization and intermediate level of technical skills required completing assignments.
Must have a working knowledge of business and operations in the financial industry.
Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications and group presentation skills.
Skill in sales and negotiating techniques.
Must be able to organize activities and handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective and timely follow-up on each.
Possess a positive attitude while operating under pressure, and be an independent problem-solver.
Must be able to travel extensively; must maintain an excellent driving record.
