Job Description:
CollaborateMD is looking for an influential and energetic leader whose personal integrity aligns with our company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Loyalty, Passion, Accountability and Innovation. This leader will work within our Sales Department and be responsible for inside sales and performing Customer Relationship Experience Management (CRXM) that WOWs our potential and existing customers. The candidate must be coachable in order to help them achieve their fullest potential, be self-motivated, have capacity to go beyond their current capabilities and possesses the proper skills required to perform the job. In addition, the candidate should have experience in both practice management and medical billing.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic and tactical activities related to growing new revenue for the company through inside sales. Oversee national and/or major customer accounts. Support the design and implementation of national sales and marketing programs for increasing profit. Create and sustain effective relationships with potential and current customers. Develop solutions, drive innovation, foster continuous improvement and make recommendations for potential product/service enhancements to foster increased sales. Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations. Support special projects and/or assignments as needed.

Job Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt

Pay Rate: $15/hr+ Monthly Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales quota, effectively manage the entire sales process lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure, communicate effectively with sales management and collaborate with the rest of the sales team to support the growth and development of the business.

Prospect and penetrate small to mid-sized medical practice segment (< 10 providers) to sell CollaborateMD’s SaaS-based practice management solutions.

Proactively communicate and manage assigned existing customer relationships to maintain client retention and up sell CollaborateMD solutions.

Clearly and correctly identify customer needs and make recommendations for the correct CollaborateMD solutions.

Demonstrate solutions and articulate value proposition to the appropriate buyers within territory opportunities.

Manage entire sales process from prospecting to closing sales opportunities.

Display strong fundamental understanding of core business drivers for small medical practices.

Closely monitor all sales opportunities and follow-up in a timely manner to close new business.

Network with industry influences and buyers, consultants and existing clients

Mandatory Skills and Attributes:
Proven leadership

Previous sales experience selling Practice Management, Medical Billing, Ambulatory Practice Management and Electronic Medical Records Solutions

CRXM Experience

Ability to deliver the right results

Medical Practice and Medical Billing Experience

Team player with strong interpersonal

High level of organizational skills and effective time management

Strong oral and written communication skills

Thorough knowledge of computers and sales-related software

Desired Skills and Attributes:
Excellent listener with a strong ability to engage and understand the needs of the target audience/prospects in a consultative sales approach

Independent worker and team oriented member

Ability to sell transactional deals and also manage longer sales cycle (2 – 12 weeks)
