Analyst – Natural Gas


BENTEK is a team of highly motivated
professionals delivering mission-critical information and decision tools to the
energy industry.

This position provides
an opportunity to work for a dynamic, entrepreneurial company focusing on North
American Natural Gas markets.

We need an enthusiastic, creative, flexible,
and motivated individual to join our team based in Denver.


As a member of our Analytics Team,
this individual will have the responsibility for participating and contributing
to BENTEK’s natural gas analysis with a primary focus on production and supply.

This individual will also have
responsibilities as assigned related to data management, research, inbound
service calls, and outbound support calls.

The right candidate must be outgoing, flexible, able to work well on a
team, and dedicated in order to work in our fast paced environment.

Responsibilities on the Analytics Team will include:


the Natural Gas Production analytical team.


natural gas market research and analysis.


improve and maintain forecasts for natural gas supply in North America.


to Natural Gas Production Monitor reports.

Support natural gas production related
consulting projects


Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance,
Accounting, Mathematics or related field of study.

0-2 years previous experience in
natural gas or energy industry, conducting research and performing market
analysis in energy markets.

Working knowledge of energy markets
and various analytical techniques.

in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

SQL experience is useful.

with a natural curiosity about energy market fundamentals
