Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has an immediate need for a Navy Afloat Network/System Administrator for analysis of tasks required across Navy C4I network systems. The analyst will be expected to provide in-depth reviews of Job Duty Task Analyses (JDTAs): review existing training and performance support elements to perform gap analyses; support the development and requirements documentation for technical training equipment: and prepare other training documentation such as Navy Training System Plans, Training Situation Reports, and Front End Analyses (FEAs). The analyst should have demonstrated experience in the administration and management of Navy networks, applications, and data links. The analyst will participate in the integration of performance requirements over complex new and revised system functions and solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: analysis and summary of network and application tasks, capabilities and functions: development of training and performance solutions based on requirements; interfacing with subject-matter experts (SMEs): knowledge of Navy training process, standards, and requirements; strong knowledge of job task analysis, gap analysis : researching and consulting technical Government Furnished Information (GFI) and translation of that GFI to workforce performance requirements: and developing training and documentation from GFI, software user manuals, and software documentation: and experience in training requirements and analysis documentation for Navy training systems.
Experience in a military training environment on Navy networks and data links (ISNS/ADNS/CANES).
Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience working in a focused, dynamic, fast-paced team environment with accountable deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and PowerPoint.
Experience developing Navy training and analysis and development documentation.
Experience in development or analysis of high-level network and communications training programs.
Experience in reviewing training documentation.
Experience as a military instructor (9502).
