SUMMARY: Responsible for review of physician encounter forms and hospital billing information upon receipt from physician. Ensures proper and accurate ICD-9-CM and CPT Coding of these encounters. Responsible for the data entry of all CPT and ICD-9-CM codes in each patient's account for timely billing of insurance claims. Assists Billing Manager in periodic E/M audits for corporate compliance.
