Practice Fusion is looking for a detail oriented and solutions focused individual to enhance business processes using the NetSuite development framework. You will play a critical role in automating, designing, enhancing and maintaining intelligent and scalable solutions across all departments. You possess excellent communication skills, and are able to take a project from ideation, through to completion. You intuitively understand cross functional impacts, dependencies and implications during the design phase. You enjoy working both collaboratively and independently to deliver solutions to a wide variety of stakeholders across the business. You are highly organized, detail oriented, and execute in a methodical and precise manner. You are motivated to solve problems, and know the importance of getting the details right. Responsibilities:
  • Interpret, design & architect solutions while keeping data integrity as a primary focus
  • Work cross functionally to develop, enhance and maintain departmental dashboards
  • Understand design interdependencies and deploy thoughtfully, without putting existing infrastructure at risk
  • Work with and learn about different areas of the organization, to develop effective solutions that result in efficiency gains
  • Develop and maintain existing business workflows for various departments
  • Debug and troubleshoot production issues
  • Prepare for and perform due diligence prior to NetSuite releases
  • Create comprehensive technical requirements documentation and provide training to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders with regard to project status and delivery timeframes
  • Act as internal escalation point for NetSuite support issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience designing and architecting NetSuite business solutions
  • 2+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
  • Domain expert in all major NetSuite modules, ie: account receivable, accounts payable, basic accounting, revenue recognition, case management, activities, workflows, issue management, web forms, campaigns, knowledge base etc…
  • Working knowledge and experience using HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, and SOAP
  • web services
  • Proficiency in error resolution, error handling and debugging
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional technical writing and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent work ethic
  • Dependable with the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace
Bonus Qualifications:
  • NetSuite SuiteScript, SuiteTalk and ODBC experience
  • Healthcare sector experience
