Netflix Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will provide enthusiastic, courteous and caring customer care to enhance the Netflix customer experience. CSR’s must possess excellent listening skills, communication and problem solving skills to help new and existing customers, or non-members, with various call types pertaining to; billing, device troubleshooting, account activation/deactivation, marketing and general use questions. CSR’s must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have a strong ability to retain product knowledge about multiple Netflix streaming devices such as, but not limited to; PC, Mac, PS3, Xbox, Wii, Samsung, LG.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide customer relations support via inbound calls
  • First line resolution while expressing empathy for customers
  • Provide customer goodwill assistance to ensure satisfaction, when applicable
  • Effectively communicate with customers to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Use and navigate Netflix systems to research and document customer’s account
  • Diagnose and solve problems following Netflix procedures
  • Understand technical problems/troubleshooting related to Netflix enabled devices
  • Accurately log problems and their resolutions
  • Be the expert regarding Netflix content, and effectively convey solution to customer
  • Read and write proficiently while multitasking (actively listening to customer and answering questions)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Knowledge: High School education or GED Equivalent; excellent computer skills and experience in a Windows environment

Experience / Skill: 1-2 years customer service experience required. Excellent verbal communication and listening skills required.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday 9am - 12am EST Full Time Availability
