Working as a Network Force Load Analyst, you will forecast and prioritize daily support services regarding requests for repair, installation, major moves, adds and changes as an individual contributor role. You will coordinate the maintenance support activities at the customer site or remotely from a company location. You will assess force qualification based on anticipated incoming customer work items and recommend necessary training or identify force movement to meet needs.
Organize technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance and engineering change upgrades
Ensure that all functions are performed in a timely fashion and meet customer and company specifications as well as schedule personnel responding to critical situations and monitor position costs and direct staff
This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T's compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
