The Network Management Specialist will work in a 24x7x365 environment working on rotating shifts. The primary responsibility is to resolve incidents on the Customer Enterprise IT that are outside of normal scripted responses.

Resolve incidents on the Customer Enterprise IT that are outside of normal scripted responses.
Apply available tools and techniques to restore network services remotely.
Implement and/or articulate corrective measures and document that information into knowledge articles.
Operational oversight and input to all system level support desks.
Author, review, provide feedback or revise knowledge articles for incidents.
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent relevant work experience.
Additionally, the following training is highly desired:
ITIL® v3 Foundations certification
CCNA / FCNE Certification
Security Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
