Wilmington College seeks a dependable, outgoing individual to provide Level II technical support while supervising the Level I Help Desk personnel. This position is responsible for training and mentoring front line customer support while monitoring daily operations of Network Infrastructure in a Windows environment. This position includes, but not limited to the following duties; diagnostics of personal computer systems and necessary repairs, troubleshooting connectivity issues, development of computer facilities and services, configuration, installation, and testing of LAN/WAN network components, and documentation of procedures Wilmington College is a career-oriented liberal arts institution affiliated with the Society of Friends (Quakers).
