Immediate need for a Project Coordinator with some network or telecom background. In this position you will be the person to move along all stalled processes, identify where a problem may be soon to occur, be able to track progress on change control or trouble ticket issues. You must posses an ability to work in Excel and other MS Office skills. You must have a min of 2 yrs experience in project coordination - preferable in a telecom or network engineering environment (but you do not need to be a network engineer).
Daily progress reports of backhaul circuit turn-ups.
Weekly reports and circuit order reports.
Sorting, prioritizing, and categorizing of pending tasks in a weekly report.
Single point for compiling and providing weekly report updates for all pending projects.
Review change control status update engineer- what did and did not get done and why
Confirm daily/weekly updates in internal capacity management system
Assign and check status on capacity requests
Track hardware shipments, confirm onsite presence, and provide info to Engineer so they can identify gear in process
Connect to network devices and manual check status
Submit Remedy tickets for new installs
Complete install tasks as required
