Scitor Corporation is seeking a Network Requirements and Engineering Services Provider (NRESP) SME to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.

The Network Requirements and Engineer Services Provider SME will provide comprehensive SME/SETA support to COMM Network Services Group (NSG') to include leading and facilitating the Government's shift toward a customer-focused service approach to network engineering and provisioning to include, but not limited to: network service strategy, network service design, network service acquisition, network service implementation, network service transition, and continuous network service improvement.

Basic Qualifications:

· TS/SCI clearance required.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience analyzing and evaluating distributed information systems and associated SE processes.

· Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) Information Technology Efficiencies (ITE) (IC ITE) and IC Federated Networking (ICFN) initiatives.

· Extensive knowledge of NSG and IC terrestrial networks.

· Direct experience with IC Network initiatives mandated by NRO and DNI.

· Knowledge of and experience with the execution agent for NRO Infrastructure Service Provider (NISP) specific to networks and consolidation.

· In-depth working knowledge of NRO Communication Networks, NRO Site Integration Standards (NSIS) and mission operations.

· Versed in the consolidation of mission Local Area Networks (LAN).

· Capable of providing technical guidance, roadmaps and assessments of the consolidation and transition of mission networks.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience analyzing and evaluating distributed information systems and associated SE processes.

· Ability to identify and provide innovative solutions to ambiguous problems.

· Effective at working in a team environment- with strong verbal and writing skills; efficient in interaction with senior government and contractor leads as well as working level components.

· Skilled at working in high-tempo environment, able to adjust to dynamic political, technical and/or fiscal challenges.

· Ability to synthesize information into solutions that make appropriate trade-offs by aligning the interests of the larger stake holder community.

· Experience defining, proposing, coordinating, implementing, assessing and improving processes and methodologies, etc.
