A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a Network Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

Position Functions or Responsibilities:
NTT DATA is seeking an individual with prior experience providing helpdesk support within a Converged Network. In this environment, the person selected will be supporting data and voice services across a wide spectrum of users that includes our client's Contact Centers. Successful candidates will have previous experience supporting network and/or telephony systems for private organizations or Local Exchange Carriers (LEC). Previous experience troubleshooting issues collaboratively with Local Exchange Carriers and/or Inter-Exchange Carriers is highly desired.

This team supports the Enterprise 24/7/365 . Hours for this position are SHIFT FLEXIBLE. The successful candidate must be willing to change shifts as the business need arises. This position is for 2nd Shift in Phoenix, Arizona . The 2nd Shift schedule is Monday through Friday morning-1 pm - 9:15 pm Arizona Time.

Key Skills/Experiences includes:
1. Very strong IP Networking skills
2. Experience supporting WAN circuits and working with LEC's trouble-shooting T1's or similar circuits.
3. Experience supporting VOIP network in a Cisco centric network
4. Knowledge and experience with CUCM
5. Experience with ISR Gateways
6. Desire experience with ICM or CVP
7. Experience supporting Cisco Contact Center Infrastructures
8. Desire knowledge of call routing in a Contact Center Environment

Initiative (Self Starter)

Basic Qualifications:
2 years of experience:
VOIP Support (Cisco software)
Network/Data Helpdesk Experience
Cisco Contact Center Software Support
Customer Service Experience

This is a full-time salaried position with a group company within NTT DATA. Please note, 1099 or corp-2-corp contractors will NOT be considered.
