The Network Support center's main function is to ensure the highest percentage 'up' time possi-ble for all network components within the Fiserv Philadelphia network. The Network Technician III also provides second level support to the junior members of the group. When problems occur, it is the technician that trouble shoots the problems and works to resolve them. In addition, daily and weekly network performance reports are evaluated targeting potential problems for closer review.
