IT Netowrk Soluions is a managed service provider with a need of a professional and well-rounded Entry-Level Network Support Technician. Candidates should be customer service oriented. The person will need very good communication and presentation skills, they will do some training for the groups. Geographic area You must currently reside within a 25 mile radius of South Brunswick, NJ and must be a resident of NJ.

Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated engineer with a minimum 3 years of hands-on IT experience. Our focus is supporting the Windows-based networks of small to medium sized businesses in all industries.

We are an extremely customer service driven organization and need an individual who understands how to provide this high level service on a daily basis. The Network Support position includes performing remote network support from our office, and onsite technical support at client's office when needed. You will be exposed to a variety of local and wide area network technologies. You should have strong organizational skills and can work through tough situations and solve challenging problems on your own.

Job candidates must be energetic and focused, with a strong desire to learn new technologies management and maintenance processes. We will provide you with an environment that is fun and supportive. We prefer candidates that have worked in Managed IT companies before. Candidate must be a Team Player Job Reqirements - A minimum of 3 years experience working in the IT field as network technician, specifically supporting most aspects of small to medium sized business network technologies - Experience installing, updating, and troubleshooting Windows 78 operating systems, as well as desktop laptop hardware - All phases of network, workstation, laptop, cell phone, printer, scanner and tablet installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades.

Strong VMware, Routing, Switching and SAN skills. Extensive interaction with the user community. All levels of Help-Desk responsibility. System Documentation.

  • Experience with network-based AntiVirus solutions (AVG, Vipre Trend Micro, etc.) - The ability to troubleshoot clean virusspywareadwaremalware infections on individual computers across a network. - Experience supporting Windows 200320082012 Servers (both the operating systems hardware) - Experience supporting Exchange 2003200720102013 - Experiencing installing supporting network-based printers copiers - Experience installing, configuring and upgrading a wide range of network devices, such as switches, firewalls, routers. - Experice with running and terminating Cat. 56 cabling - Network communication experience, TCPIP, T1, VOIP, QOS, DNS, DHCP, WINS, 802.11b and above, VPN Enterprise Ethernet, Fiber-Optic cabling Education Certifications - Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) - MCSA Windows Server 2008 - MCSE Server Infrastructure Please submit your resume stating your salary requirements to
