Neurohospitalist and Stroke Medical Director Legacy Health System -

The neurohositalist and stroke specialist will serve as the Medical Director of the Stroke Program. Will provide bedside care for inpatient stroke and general neurology patients, see patients in an outpatient stroke clinic and provide leadership to further develop Legacy's neurohospitalist and stroke programs.
Job Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Education:
Graduate of a four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or the equivalent.
Satisfactory completion of an accredited residency in Neurology.
Licensure/Certification:
Board Certified in Neurology.
Clinical experience in vascular neurology, research experience and minimum of five years postgraduate clinical experience preferred.
Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the applicable state.
Active member in good standing of Hospital Medical Staff.
BLS certification.
Experience with or interest in telemedicine preferred.
