New Business Sales Associate
We are seeking high energy, tenacious, money motivated sales people to cold call and close potential clients. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. This position requires strong and creative prospecting skills so making cold calls and networking is a must. In this position you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote the products and services of the company in support of our sales efforts. Extensive product training and support is provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Focusing on new business client acquisition, the New Business Associate will be required to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Responsible for researching and understanding prospect’s key business drivers and market data needs across all levels of the evaluation team: Director, VP and C-level executives
Present online demonstrations to key decision makers to debt and equity institutional investors
Accurately process information in client relationship management database
Utilize consultative sales techniques and excellent client service skills on all sales presentations
Use critical thinking skills to overcome customer objections
50-60 phone calls per day is a necessity to build a strong pipeline

Education and Experience:
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree
Preferable Education Requirement: Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
Preferable Experience Requirement: 3+ years of high achieving business to business sales experience in information services and/or the commercial real estate community
