About Us: Medrio creates a Cloud-based software product for use in clinical research. We are growing extremely rapidly and are adding New Customer Specialists (inside sales) to our team in order to facilitate this growth.We are located in the Financial District of San Francisco at the corner of Market and 2nd St., steps away from the Montgomery BART station. Overview: Medrio needs you to be our New Customer Specialist and serve as the initial business contact for the client and be responsible for the second phase of client acquisition, after lead generation. The NCS is expected to consistently make outbound calls and emails in order to schedule demos for the Account Manager, as well as to inform and educate the prospective client regarding the Medrio value proposition.

Responsibilities: Cold calling prospects via telephone and emailFollowing up with prospects and answering questions via telephone and emailScheduling demos for the Account ManagerPursuing opportunities for account growth and new businessUnderstanding company capabilities and services, and effectively communicating to clientReports to the Director of Sales (NCS), providing regular input on all activity, including status reports on a weekly basis.
