Twitter is looking for a New Hire Program Manager to build an exceptional onboarding, mentorship, and on-the-job development programs for global sales and sales support teams. The New Hire Program Manager will be responsible for developing innovative and fun induction programs aimed to reduce time to on-ramp and create consistent learning experiences around the globe. This role will collaborate with Sales, HR, Regional Sales Trainers, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Marketing to design learning experiences that will increase product competency, establish consultative selling approaches, embody Twitter sales culture, and build knowledge/skills to excel for key job roles in sales and sales support. The ideal candidate will have a creative approach to designing fun and meaningful learning experiences for new hires., conduct needs assessments, architect course content for instructor-led and on-demand learning.

SIMPLIFY: Ability to create simple and digestible learning experiences that simulate real-world experiences

Conduct needs assessments to uncover job role requirements and needs unique to sales sales and sales support new hires

Schedule new hire programs and obtain cross-functional support to deliver new hire workshops

Lead new hire instructor-led programs and facilitate learning activities such as group activities, learning labs, role-plays, and problem-solving exercises

Ability to provide constructive feedback to new hires and hiring managers

Design and develop new hire curriculum including leader guides, presentations, and learning activities utilizing the latest adult learning best practices & methodologies

Design and develop on-the-job on-ramping program to help new hires excel within their first 100 days

Create and manage a global mentorship program

B.A.. Instructional Design or equivalent degree; Instructional Design Certificate

4-5 years designing and delivering new hire induction programs specifically for sales and marketing organizations

Ability to provide sample work and demonstrate facilitation skills

Familiar with e-learning concepts, authoring tools, and delivery mechanisms
