Eagle Ray, Inc. is seeking a Seasoned Senior Data Architect/Engineer with a strong Business Process and Enterprise IT background to support one of our Intelligence Community Customers' Chief Information Officer (CIO). This immediately available role requires an active and current TS/SCI security clearance, and is located in the Suitland, Maryland area.

Our selected candidate will be responsible for developing, or assisting in development of IT Governance and IT Policy documents. He/She can expect to interact and communicate with senior leadership, technical staff, management, subject matter experts, as well as support team members regarding a broad range of technical, programmatic, and project-related issues, including eliciting, documenting, normalizing, characterizing, and visualizing data across the enterprise as directed. This highly visible role also encompasses the review and interpretation of the impact of Intelligence Community (IC), and Department of Defense (DoD) policy and guidance, and advises the Command how best to integrate and promulgate higher level policy / guidance throughout the enterprise.

Our ideal candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field from an accredited college/university.
10+ years of data architecture-related experience to include data modeling, data strategy, data visualization, and data normalization.
5+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing, integrating, and evaluating IC data architecture-related projects for both corporate/enterprise data as well as intelligence-related data.
Experience designing and building relational databases, data warehouses, and multidimensional databases.
Experience developing strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.
Experience designing and developing data cloud architectures.
Experience developing Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) based artifacts.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Practitioner Level.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients, technical staff, management, subject matter experts, and supporting team members.
Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Resource Management, Information and Communications Technology, or related field from an accredited college/university preferred.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) - Master Level preferred.
Expert level knowledge of at least one customer domain and intermediate or expert level knowledge of at least one additional customer domain is highly desirable.
Understanding of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 501 and 706.
