Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.

Additional Information: These brand ambassadors known as Hosts will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and in particular the registration process and communication of hotel services. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Host is a role that combines the roles of Front Office Agent, Bell Attendant, Concierge, In Room Dining and Guest Relations. You will be the face of the hotel. If you have worked at other hotels in a service providing role or you have an interest in creating an authentic guest experience, we d love to hear from you!
