Qualified candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and
be detailed oriented. Responsibilities include check in and check out
procedures, cash handling, and offering general information and
assistance to guests. Must have the ability to make quality
decisions for guests and night staff.
Must be able to manage and resolve all guest communication in a
professional and courteous manner.
Must be able to resolve complaints and inquiries concerning
service and facilities.
