Facebook is seeking an experienced professional who has demonstrated success managing a team of professionals across several offices and has experience creating effective, long-term marketing strategies. The NA Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for a team of lead strategists working across all verticals. The ideal candidate will have management experience but also be a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally. They must have a sales and marketing marketing background as well as extensive experience packaging online solutions for large brands. This position is full-time and located in either our NY office. Requirements 15+ years marketing experience, 5+ years in digital media 10+ years management experience
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing strategies to large brands Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating product information and data in to client value Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment Avid Facebook user, and knowledge of social media and entertainment industry a plus
