Braun Intertec, a leader in the engineering and environmental consulting field, is seeking a Drilling Coordinator to support our North Dakota offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
The Drilling Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating workload for North Dakota drilling staff.
Responsible for staffing, training & scheduling.
Perform project management duties for contract drilling.
Responsible for maintenance records, repair and general condition of the drill rigs, support trucks and other equipment.
Ensure DOT compliance. Maintain necessary documentation pertaining to DOT regulations regarding operations of equipment and recordkeeping. Maintain DH records & permits.
Conduct field quality and safety audits
Responsible for promoting and adhering to a safe work practice.
Ability to meet production goals.
Mentors other staff in drilling operations.
Act as backup crew chief/drilling assistant.
Assist with budget, P&L reporting and/or accounts payable responsibilities.
Assist with business development, as needed.
Back up for reviewing invoices or generating proposals
As needed, act as a liaison between engineering and environmental consulting.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of three years experience is required. Must maintain a valid commercial driver’s license.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.

The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Some travel will be required
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
