Job Summary: This position is in place to contact previous guests, owner referrals and non-owner referrals of Wyndham Vacation Ownership properties or timeshare programs. You will inform guests on our products and services with the purpose of selling new mini-vacation packages to the customer to increase tour flow to our sites. This will give customers a first or second opportunity to tour one of our resorts and become an owner of vacation ownership with Wyndham Vacation Ownership. You must be able to sell ethically and with excitement at all times.
Job Responsibilities: Calls customer leads and pitches current offer that we have available to their area within our selling guidelines. Make the sale to the customer by taking payments over the phone. Provide as much detailed information to the customer as possible.
Wyndham Vacation Ownership’s Referral Call Center offers a GENEROUS INCENTIVE PLAN which includes hourly pay $7.81 + COMMISSION; not to mention the exciting contests and extraordinary prizes! We provide exceptional training with top notch instructors/managers whose goal is to help you be SUCCESSFUL!
- Calling customers and selling vacation packages. (NO COLD CALLING)
- Tracking of deals and filing appropriate sales paperwork with each sale
- Customer service and problem resolution of Owner issues with intentions of completing a sale
- Attend all weekly meetings
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior Sales experience required
- Must have basic knowledge of sales practices either on the phone or in person
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to sell
- Experience overcoming objectives and closing sales
- Work with little supervision and have the ability to work best under pressure while being held accountable for goals achieved.
- Must be able to work flexible hours which may include evenings and weekends
- Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious, goal oriented and a natural closer!

- Previous Call Center background in Telemarketing
- Previous phone sales experience in Vacation Ownership a plus
- Current understanding of operations initiatives and available programs including the Ambassador Rewards, Share Time Now and other Wyndham Vacation Ownership products
