In this role, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist
performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of radio-nuclides for the diagnosis and treatment of disease in humans.
Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.
High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
- Graduate of an AMA approved Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
- Certified or eligible for exam of: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and / or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
- Must become certified/ registered within 6 months of hire for continued employment.
