Hospice provides an all-encompassing concept of care by assisting terminally ill patients and their families with their physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. Through a program of personalized services and a caring community, patients and families are able to spend their last days together in familiar surroundings, whether it's their home, nursing home, personal care unit or adult living home. Hospice care is available to terminally ill patients who are no longer under treatment for a cure and have a limited life expectancy. Patients in the Bucks and Upper Montgomery areas are served.
