The Bilingual Clinic Nurse position at CFHS provides talented nurses the opportunity to use creative and resourceful means to manage patient care within a progressive, team-based care model. As a Clinic Nurse, you will utilize the analytical skills learned in your nursing program to do more than take vital signs. In this unique clinic position, you will be responsible for triaging patients to determine the best way to manage that patient’s care within the CFHS care team; you will facilitate patient care throughout the entire patient visit; as well as, manage patient flow on the care team while contributing to continuity of care. Clinic Nurses, who enjoy teaching, also have an opportunity to proctor student nurses.
This is a full time float position based out of our Thornton Clinic with possible coverage for all sites. Travel to all sites may be required.
Compensation and benefits are competitive. Clinica offers generous paid time off and 9 paid holidays. Federal Loan Repayment is available to those who qualify.
RN or LPN licensure from an accredited nursing program required. Two years experience in community/public healthcare preferred. Ability to flourish in a team oriented care model. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred - intermediate medical Spanish skills required. Excellent leadership skills and basic computer literacy required; EMR experience helpful.
