RN Territory Manager
The RN Territory Manager will manage our referral territory in Fairfield and New Haven Counties, including marketing programs and services, and responding proactively to referrer needs. Will also perform activities related to preadmission evaluations, admission processes, marketing, and recruitment. Qualified candidate will possess a current and valid Connecticut RN License, a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A BSN; experience in marketing health related products and services; and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursement guidelines are preferred.
RN Shift Managers
2 positions available • Evening and Night Shifts
You will be responsible and accountable for patient care activities, personnel and operational management, and staffing coordination on the evening or night shift. Must have a BSN; current, valid CT RN License; a minimum of 3 years of professional clinical experience; 1 year of supervisory experience, demonstrated competence in a clinical area; and demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Master’s degree in Nursing or related healthcare field, management, or business administration, and current/valid BLS Healthcare provider or equivalent are preferred.
