Job Duties:
The Manager will maintain knowledge and skill level representative of the competencies designated by the position and specialty that this position holds in Surgical Services. The manager must have the ability to use basic to complex patient care devices and medical equipment. The Manager is empowered to make care decisions in collaboration with other disciplines.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized program in registered nursing and current NYS license required. A BS in a realted health care field or equivalent management experience with leadership ability.
