Responsible for coordinating, providing, and assist in providing comprehensive quality patient care. Provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, referral and follow up as appropriate to age, developmental stages, special needs and health conditions of patients served. Maintains clinical and professional competency, promotes safe environment and performs all job responsibilities in safe manner. Bachelor of Science required. Current NC licensure to practice as RN, Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant and prescription privileges required. Master degree and experience preferred.
