Develop, implement, evaluate and revise a Nursing recruitment/employment program that aligns with the practice setting of the patient; including short term/long term goals, appropriate record keeping/statistics outcome analysis, and regular budget reviews. Responsible for participating in programs that enhance the recruitment function of the hospital and in various job fairs. Some travel required.
