As an Administrator, your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care and services to our residents and patients. To accomplish this you will be responsible for the leadership, management and overall success of the building including family service, resident care, financial management, quality assurance, regulatory management and business development goals. In addition, you will be responsible for attracting, developing and retaining top talent and also supervising and training high-quality team members.

Our Bay Breeze community has 150 beds specializing in long term care and assisted living. It is a 5-Star rated facility and a recent American Health Care Associations Silver Quality Award winner. We are very proud of the low associate turnover and good clinical and survey outcomes. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

A current Florida NHA license
Bachelor's degree
High sense of urgency and strong leadership skills
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of interpreting financial records and reports
Ability to plan, develop and implement the programs, policies and procedures, etc. necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation
Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures
Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long-term care
