Full-time position available immediately for the Sea-Mar Community Care Center Skilled Nursing Facility. Current Washington State Nursing Home Administrator license is required. We are looking for a dynamic professional who has excellent leadership and organizational skills; is knowledgeable about working in and serving diverse communities; possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and is knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations, nursing practices and procedures; and laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care administration. Must have the ability to maintain sound long term care operations - effectively plan, develop, implement and evaluate facility programs and to meet established goals and objectives in the provision of quality care.
