Assists the organization in developing, expanding and/or advancing the nursing research process in preparation for the Magnet journey. Strategizes and leads effort to disseminate knowledge related to nursing research to internal and external audiences. Works with nursing leadership to adopt a framework for Evidence Based Practice and research.
