Job Description:
The Nursing and Allied Health Clinical Coordinator collaborates with faculty, college and agency staff to place students in clinical experiences and service learning opportunities and to evaluate learning experiences. The coordinator reviews student records to verify compliance with health requirements. The coordinator serves as liaison to clinical agencies to secure student placements, increase the number of clinical placements, track agency issues, requirements and learning opportunities. Maintains clinical agreements and markets the health care programs. Assists with preceptor orientation and builds relationships with preceptors. Conducts and assists with data collection and summary of surveys.

$53,573 annually. Plus excellent medical insurances, paid leaves and tuition reimbursement.

This position is not overtime eligible.

Minimum Qualifications:
Baccalaureate degree in nursing.

A minimum of three years of experience in the practice of nursing.

Nursing or allied health licensure with eligibility to practice in Maryland.

Recent clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Orientation to detail for maintenance of records.

Ability to multitask and manage time.

Experience working in EXCEL .
