JOB TITLE : Clinic RN, LPN, or CMA DEPARTMENT : Portage Medical Group – Lake Linden Clinic SHIFT: • Days • .6 FTE (48 hours per pay period) EDUCATION: • RN or LPN Licensure or MA certification required • Previous clinic experience preferred but not required POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist MD in busy office setting • Must be able to obtain vital signs, patient history, and schedule diagnostic testing • Work assignment will vary depending on staffing needs
